      Conventional lighting
Conventional lighting is designed to produce uniform illumination across the working surface of the entire illuminated area. Depending on the installation height of the lamp, straight fluorescent lamp, high pressure sodium lamp, high pressure mercury lamp and gold halide lamp can be selected as the light source. Its lighting levels are as follows:

Visually unrequired jobs :200-300 LUX 

Less visually demanding jobs :200-300 LUX 

More visually demanding jobs :750-1000 LUX 

Mounting height <4m:

The best lighting solution is to install factory lighting reflectors on slatted or box fixtures and use a combination of fluorescent lamps and electronic equipment for lighting. The lamp is generally installed in a straight line parallel to the direction of observation and intermittent or continuous. When low glare is required in the illuminated area, a light shield with low glare performance can be used.

      Installation height 4-7m:
Fluorescent lamps can be used in the same situation as the previous lamps, high pressure sodium lamp, high pressure mercury lamp and gold halide lamp (HPL-N, SON or HP). Medium stand lamps with wide beam reflectors can be used. The use of the latter lamps can achieve the purpose of saving when the installation height is higher than 6m. You can also choose which system to use according to the uniformity of lighting, light efficiency and the initial investment of the whole system.

      Mounting height >7m:
High pressure sodium lamps with power up to 40 oW, high pressure mercury, or gold halide lamps may be used at very high plant levels. A reflector for a narrow beam may be mounted on an elevated luminaire.

      Local lighting
The use of local lighting can enhance workers' comfort and reduce maintenance and energy consumption. In local lighting, fluorescent lighting is the best choice. You can choose a factory lighting mirror or a lamp with waterproof properties. The use of electronic ballasts can effectively save electricity.

      Small area lighting
In some special work, the lighting grade and lighting quality requirements are very strict. In terms of technical feasibility, and also in terms of economics, the lighting needs cannot be met by conventional lighting alone. In small areas of lighting, we often use fluorescent lamps and halogen lamps.
